Do you offer COD?

No, we don't  offer Cash on delivery (COD).

How will I get to know that my order is successful?

Once we get your order, you will receive an order confirmation email along with the timelines.

What is your delivery time?

Products will be delivered in 7 to 10 working Days.

Payment method?

You can pay via all major credit and debit cards, as well as e-wallets like G-Pay, and net banking services authorized by the RBI. 

Order verification or cancellation?

Orders may be subject to payment verification. For the protection of our customers, we want to ensure that every order that we ship out was authorized by the cardholder. If your order is placed on hold, we will reach out to you right away to ensure that the delays are minimal.

Order cancellation?

An order once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded. 

However if a wrong order is placed mail us at support@riyaash.com and we will look into the matter and give a credit note which can be used for a future purchase.

 

Refunds

We do not cater refunds for any orders.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How much will it cost to ship my order? 

All orders shipped within India will have shipping charges according to the weight of the silver product ranging from Rs.1000 to Rs.50000 per  shipping. You may opt for express delivery by paying an additional amount (calculated at the time of checkout) subject to availability at selected pincode.

Because we love and want to take care of our Earth, all HCI products are packaged and shipped in eco-friendly, recyclable options—including biodegradable packing material.

We prioritize ensuring your jewelry reaches you safely and on time. All our products are carefully packaged to maintain the integrity of each piece during transit. We partner with reputed courier services, including Delhivery, Blue Dart, First Flight, India Post, Tirupati Express, and DTDC, to provide you with reliable and timely delivery, both nationally and globally. Shipping charges are calculated based on your location at the time of order placement.

We offer international shipping, with charges and delivery timelines varying based on the destination. Please note that shipping fees and delivery times will be provided at the time of order placement.

 

Once your order is placed, we will confirm your order via email. The product will be shipped within 7-10 working days after receiving your confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched, so you can easily track your package.
