Refund & Cancellation Policy

Orders may be subject to payment verification. For the protection of our customers, we want to ensure that every order that we ship out was authorized by the cardholder. If your order is placed on hold, we will reach out to you right away to ensure that the delays are minimal.

Order cancellation

An order once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded. 

However if a wrong order is placed mail us at riyaashfinejewels@gmail.com and we will look into the matter and give a credit note which can be used for a future purchase.

Refunds

We do not cater refunds for any orders.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How much will it cost to ship my order? 

All orders shipped within India attract Rs.200 per  shipping. You may opt for express delivery by paying additional amount (calculated at the time of checkout) subject to availability at selected pincode.

Because we love and want to take care of our Earth, all HCI products are packaged and shipped in eco-friendly, recyclable options—including biodegradable packing material.

Shipping Policy

All products are carefully packaged as we deliver products nationally and globally.

So and so person sends all packages via reputed courier services such as  Delhivery, Blue Dart, First Flight, India Post, Tirupati Express, DTDC etc.

Shipping charges would be applicable depending upon the location the order has been placed from.

Once an order is placed, the product would be shipped within 10- 12 working days.
