Order Cancellations and Refunds:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. However, if you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at support@riyaash.com, and we will investigate the issue. In such cases, we will issue a credit note that can be used for a future purchase.

Please note, we do not provide refunds for any orders, including returns or exchanges.

Shipping Policy

We prioritize ensuring your jewelry reaches you safely and on time. All our products are carefully packaged to maintain the integrity of each piece during transit. We partner with reputed courier services, including Delhivery, Blue Dart, First Flight, India Post, Tirupati Express, and DTDC, to provide you with reliable and timely delivery, both nationally and globally. Shipping charges are calculated based on your location at the time of order placement.

We offer international shipping, with charges and delivery timelines varying based on the destination. Please note that shipping fees and delivery times will be provided at the time of order placement.

 

Once your order is placed, we will confirm your order via email. The product will be shipped within 7-10 working days after receiving your confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched, so you can easily track your package.

How much will it cost to ship my order? 

All orders shipped within India will have shipping charges according to the weight of the silver product ranging from Rs.1000 to Rs.50000 per  shipping. You may opt for express delivery by paying an additional amount (calculated at the time of checkout) subject to availability at selected pincode.
